In the only Hungarian community of the South or Southwest - Albany, Louisiana - the natives, descendants of turn-of-the-century immigrants to the area, stage their annual harvest folk dance. They dance in colorful Magyar costume, following the folk pattern of the old Hungarian "Czardas" dances. This small but colorful harvest festival attracts visitors from the area and beyond.
