Britain's Prince Charles and Princess Anne may have to make room for another arrival next year if doctors' predictions come true. It was announced officially in London today that Queen Elizabeth II is going to have a baby in 1960. Charles, 10, and Anne, 8, were on hand at London airport last Sunday to welcome their royal parents home from a lengthy Canadian tour.
