Talking to Alexander Dubcek (right), first secretary of the Czechoslovakian Presidium Saturday is Doctor Josef Spacek, a member of the presidium, following Dubcek's return to Prague. The Czech first secretary headed a three-man delegation to Moscow where the Czechs agreed to sign a treaty for the "temporary stationing" of Warsaw Pact troops in their country.
