Gov. George C. Wallace on the way to hospital for leg check-up --- Montgomery, Alabama -- Injures Leg -- Alabama Gov. George Wallace is driven from Montgomery Airport late Monday night as he is taken to a local hospital for examination of his right leg. Wallace apparently sprained his leg earlier in the day during a campaign visit to Florida. At left is his wife, Cornelia.
