Caper Kennedy, Fla. -- Tells of Skylab Delay -- Skylab Director William Schneider announces decision Monday night at Cape Kennedy, Florida, to delay until Sunday of the launch of astronauts to rendezvous with the Skylab. A set of solar power panels failed to deploy properly on the $294-million space station. Astronauts Charles Conrad Jr., Dr. Joseph P. Kerwin and Paul J. Weitz had been scheduled to rocket for a rendezvous Tuesday.
