Washington, May 11 - Says Nixon should resign - Senator Richard Schweiker, Republican-Pennsylvania, tells newsmen of the contents of the letter he sent to President Nixon Friday during a Washington news conference. In the letter Schweiker said President Nixon should step down because the Watergate transcripts "reveal a total disregard for the moral and ethical values upon which this nation was built."
