Parade is reviewed by, from left, Chief of Staff Cao Van Vien, Chief of State Nguyen Van Thieu, Premier Nguyen Cao Ky, Nguyen Xuan Chieu and Phanh Khac Suu, president of the National Assembly. Celebrations went on in spite of nearby attacks by Viet Cong terrorists.
