Laguna Beach, California, July 24 - Nixon will comply - Presidential lawyer James D. St. Clair reads a statement by President Nixon to a press briefing in Laguna Beach today. St. Clair said that the President will comply with a Supreme Court ruling handed down this morning involving the turning over of tapes and papers requested by special prosecutor Leon Jaworski.
