Phnom Penh, Cambodia, March 22 - Help to the chief - Marshal Lon Nol, Cambodia's new self-proclaimed president, is down some stairs after attending a meeting in Phnom Penh Monday. Wednesday morning Lon Nol formed a new government 10 days after acting Premier Sisowath Sirik Matak and his cabinet resigned and Lon Nol made himself president.
