Rogers C.B. Morton May restrict visitors 14 wilderness areas sought Louisiana Breton Wildlife Refuge section included Washington - President Nixon asked Congress Wednesday to set aside 4,420 acres at Breton National Wildlife Refuge in Louisiana as part of 14 new wilderness areas totaling 1.8 million acres in nine states. Louisiana presently has no protected wilderness areas.
