A Russian fishing trawler avoids a storm, at anchor in Cape Cod. A 90-foot Russian fishing trawler, one of six such vessels, at anchor about a mile and a half off shore in Cape Cod Bay near Provincetown yesterday. The boats apparently entered American waters to ride out the storm which has pounded the northeastern seaboard the past few days.
