President Eisenhower greets Russian visitors at the White House. President Eisenhower smiles broadly today as he raises a hand to engage in a three-way handshake today with two Russian visitors in his White House office. The chief executive was playing host to a group of 12 top Soviet officials--holding posts equivalent to that of U.S. governors. At center is Dmitry S. Polyansky, who heads the visiting delegation; at right is Soviet Ambassador Mikhail Menshikov. Two interpreters are in the background, Alex Akalovsky, left and A.D. Schveitser of the U.S.S.R. Washington
