President Eisenhower greets Russian visitors at the White House. President Eisenhower smiles broadly today as he raises a hand to engage in a three-way handshake today with two Russian visitors in his White House office. The chief executive was playing host to a group of 12 top Soviet officials--holding posts equivalent to that of U.S. governors. At center is Dmitry S.
