Washington, March 28 - Says U.S. continues search for peace - Secretary of State Dean Rusk, at a hastily called news conference today, said the United States will continue its search for a peaceful settlement in Vietnam. He added that "at the moments our channels are not very efficient" in efforts to negotiate.
