Mrs. Charles Robb, the former Lynda Bird Johnson, holds 10-month-old Lynda Bradshaw at a Christmas reception yesterday for families of White House staff. It was Lynda Bird's first public appearance since her December 9th wedding. The youngster is daughter of John Bradshaw, a Secret Serviceman assigned to Mrs. Robb's security. Washington
