Khrushchev addresses closing session of Soviet Congress - Soviet Premier Khrushchev pauses and hears applause of delegates as he addresses the closing session of 22nd Congress of the Communist Party in Moscow today. He told 9,000 cheering delegates that Communism is "the most influential political force of our time." Identifiable in front row are, from left: First Deputy Premier Anastas I. Mikoyan, Soviet President Leonid I. Brezhnev, Khrushchev, Party Secretary Frol R. Kozlov and Party Secretary Mikhail A. Suslov.
