Cairo, November 3 - When presidents meet - Egyptian President Anwar Sadat, right, greets his Algerian counterpart, Houari Boumedienne, with an embrace at their meeting in Cairo Friday. The semi-official Cairo newspaper "Al Ahram" said Sadat met with Arab leaders concerning a possible new phase in Arab strategy, including oil policy matters.
