Cairo, August 29 - Country without a name - Egyptian President Anwar Sadat, left, signs an agreement Wednesday merging his country with Libya in a new political union, as Libyan President Moammar Khadafi watches. The new Arab state, which has not yet been given a name, will be jointly run by Sadat and Khadafi.
