Washington, September 2 - Motion denied - A federal judge ruled Saturday that secret testimony from former Attorney General John N. Mitchell must continue in the Democrats' suit stemming from the alleged break-in and bugging of their Washington headquarters. Henry Rothblatt, left, attorney for the five men charged in the case, and William O. Rittman, attorney for former White House consultant E. Howard Hunt, linked to the break-in, talk with newsmen outside U.S. District Court after their motion to discontinue secret testimony was denied by federal court Judge Charles Richey.
