Maryland State Police troopers Louis Saffran, left, and Don Sewell stand beside their helicopter Sunday near Washington. Sewell was the pilot of the Maryland State Police helicopter that chased a stolen military chopper and then landed between it and the White House early Sunday morning. Saffran, a crewman on the police craft, assisted federal agents in wrestling the pilot of the stolen chopper to the ground and handcuffing him.
