Veteran football quarterback Frank Ryan poses for a photo. Frank Ryan, a veteran quarterback cut loose by the Cleveland Browns, was signed Wednesday by the Washington Redskins. Ryan is 33. He led the Browns to the National Football Leave (NFL) title in 1964 and the division title in 1967.
