Senator Richard Russell, D-GA, is all smiles at Thursday night's ceremony in Washington where he received the James Forrestal Memorial Award for 1968. The Dean of the Senate announced earlier Thursday that he thinks he has lung cancer, but will continue working while undergoing cobalt therapy on an out-patient basis.
