1971 Press Photo International rally driver Chris Rothwell fails British test

International rally driver Chris Rothwell, 35, still has a Tanzanian drivers license to show Wednesday after he failed his British driving test. Chris, who lives in Dorchester, England, has son the East African Safari twice and the Tanzania 1,000 mile race four times. His Commonwealth license is valid until October, but then he must pass a British test to drive.
