Today is the 20th birthday of Lynda Bird Johnson, older daughter of President and Mrs. Johnson, Lynda Bird, a student at George Washington University in Washington, said, "I'm leaving my teens at last, and that's to be celebrated." A spokesman for the First Family said the Johnsons plan to observe the occasion with a quiet family dinner party.
