McKinney, Texas, December 24 - Good luck kiss - State Senator Ray Roberts of McKinney, Texas, received a kiss from his wife as he and Sherman attorney R.C. "Bob" Slagle Jr., both closely associated with the late House Speaker Sam Rayburn, prepared today for a runoff to succeed him. They were top men in a six-man field in yesterday's special U.S. House election in the seven-county 4th Congressional District.
