Al Recor, 37,of Jasper, Tennessee, left, convicted of murder in Chattanooga in 1966, and Sam Reed Scruggs, 41, of Nashville, charged in a February 12 Chattanooga bank holdup, were among four prisoners who fled the Hamilton County Jail here early Thursday.
