Miami, Florida, November 12 - Former President speaks - Carlos Prio, former president of Cuba, spoke to a rally at the Miami International Airport as Juanita Castro, sister of Cuban Premier Fidel Castro listened. Prio led a delegation to the Organization of American States meetings in Quito, Ecuador where the OAS voted to retain Cuban sanctions. A large crowd met the group with a hero's welcome on their return here.
