1974 Press Photo Argentina-Alberto Rocamora and delegates declare siege

Alberto Rocamora, right, Argentine Interior Minister, announces Wednesday in Buenos Aires that the Argentine government has declared a state of siege. With Rocamora are press secretary Jose Maria Villone, second from right, and Adolpho Savino, third from right, Defense Minister. The siege was declared in efforts to throttle a continuing wave of terrorism and death in Argentina.
