Rachele Mussolini, widow of Italian dictator Benito Mussolini, smiles in her Predappio, Italy home after the country's top administrative tribunal ruled she is eligible for a pension based on the more than 20 years Mussolini served as premier. Lawyers say she will get $48,000 in back payment and $560 a month.
