1976 Press Photo Alleged mistress of Representative Hays at Heathrow Airport

Elizabeth Ray, who claimed to have been hired by Representative Wayne Hays to be his mistress, arrives at London's Heathrow Airport early Friday. The trip was to promote her book. After arrival she learned that Representative Hays was in hospital following an overdose of sleeping pills.
