1970 Press Photo Robert Muncaster of Alabama taken to U.S. marshal's office

Robert G. Muncaster, a Montgomery businessman who claims United States currency is unlawful, is taken, handcuffed to the U.S. marshal's office in Montgomery, charged with federal income tax evasion. Muncaster also is under a three-year prison sentence for refusing to let his son register for military service.
