Dr. James Muller, of Boston, Massachusetts and his wife Kathleen examines electrocardiogram tapes in Moscow, Friday. Dr. Muller has been testing an experimental drug for heart suffers in the Soviet Union. The drug, hyaluronidase, was developed to minimize the severity of heart attacks. Muller, a cardiologist, is grateful for East-West detente.
