Senator Edmund S. Muskie, D-ME, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee's panel on surveillance tells newsmen in Washington Tuesday that the committee voted to accept the suggestion of Secretary of State Henry A. Kissinger that it review his previous testimony regarding national security wiretaps. Muskie said he fully supports Kissinger and does not now believe he should resign.
