Brenda Sue Priddy will be eight years old on January 22--if she lives that long. Brenda Sue's mother, Mrs. Madeline Priddy (552 East Woodlawn), hopes her daughter gets much mail soon. Brenda's brightest spot of the day is when the mailman comes. Mrs. Priddy asks for cards to her wasting daughter who is dying of Schilder's disease, a progressive paralysis of brain and nervous system. If, however, the cards don't come soon Brenda will not appreciate them, for she may be dead.

Photo is dated 1960.

Photo measures 8 x 10 inches.
