Washington, December 21 GOP Congressmen defend voting records - Three Republican House freshmen today defended their voting records at a Washington news conference. Representative Edward G. Biester Jr. of Pennsylvania, Representative Donald W. Riegle Jr. of Michigan, and Representative John R. Dellenback of Oregon, from left, presented statistics showing strong support in such areas as civil rights, urban problems, antipoverty and education. The said they were replying to criticism by President Johnson of the voting records of House Republicans.
