Colorado Springs, Colorado, December 10 - Northern and southern Republicans - Two southern Republican governors, Claud Kirk Jr., left, and Winthrop Rockefeller, second from left, the first to be elected since reconstruction, talk today with two northern governors - Governor Ronald Reagan, California, and Governor Nelson Rockefeller, New York. They got together at the last session of the Republican Governors' Conference at Colorado Springs, Colorado. The two Rockefellers are brothers. Kirk is from Florida, and W. Rockefeller is from Arkansas.
