Burton N. Pugach, 32, slender man at center wearing a goatee and horn-rimmed glasses, is escorted by detective, left, into police station here today. At right is Heard Harden, one of three men Pugach alleged hired to throw lye in the face of Linda Ross, 23, a former girl friend who had dropped the lawyer on learning Pugach was married. Lye-throwing incident, which seriously impaired her eyesight, occurred last June 15 at door of Ross girl's apartment. At arraignment in Bronx Magistrate's Court, bail of $105,000 was set for Pugach, none for Harden and $50,000 each for other two men arrested.
