Denver, Colorado, July 3 - Consider suit - Sergeants John A. Young of Graylake, Illinois (left), and Kind D. Rayford Jr. of Chicago told a news conference Tuesday they were considering filing a libel suit against Colonel Theodore Guy of Tucson, Arizona. Guy filed enemy collaboration charges against eight former POW's including Young, Rayford and Marine Sergeant Abel Larry Kavanaugh, who killed himself June 27. The charges were dropped by the Army and Navy Tuesday.
