New Orleans businessman Willard Robertson (right) arrives at federal court in New Orleans Monday with attorney Eberhard Deutsch where he testified he borrowed $30,000 for District Attorney Jim Garrison's probe of the Kennedy Assassination. Robertson said he was president of a group known as Truth or Consequence, Incorporated, which was formed to help finance the Garrison investigation.
