Representative Melvin Price, D-IL, outside the United States Capitol after he was named chairman of a bi-partisan House ethics committee in Washington yesterday. Price said he hoped to come up with rules of conduct "which will preserve and enhance the reputation and integrity of the House." The group will be formerly known as the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct of House members, officials and employees.
