1961 Press Photo Italian freighter "Prima Tomei" sinking in Genoa, Italy

The small Italian freighter "Prima Tomei" sinks stern first after hitting wharf at Sestri, near Genoa, Italy, in a thick fog last week. All ten crew members were rescued before the vessel went under. The 300-ton freighter was carrying salt from Sardinia.
