Atty. General Elliot Richardson prepares to resign, Washington. Attorney General Elliot Richardson apparently is ready to resign Saturday night in the wake of President Nixon's order prohibiting further court action to obtain Watergate tapes an order Richardson opposed. Deputy Attorney General William Ruckelshaus gave the impression that Richardson would resign as he talked with newsmen Saturday night in Washington.
