Winthrop Rockefeller, brother of New York Governor Nelson Rockefeller, reads a prepared statement to newsmen as he announces that he will enter the Arkansas governor's race on the Republican ticket. Rockefeller is expected to face incumbent Democrat Orval E. Faubus in the November general election, but State GOP Chairman William Spicer says the party is not unified behind Rockefeller and his chances of beating Faubus are not good
