Pope Paul VI speaks to a crowd from his Castel Gandolfo balcony. Pope Paul VI speaks from the balcony from his summer palace at Castel Gandolfo Sunday commenting on President Nixon's planned trip to Communist China. In an obvious reference to Nixon's planned visit the pontiff said, "Something big and new is taking place and being arranged which can change no little the face of the earth."
