Little Rock, Arkansas. State Representative David Pryor signs a party loyalty pledge before Secretary of State Kelly Bryant as Pryor files as a Democratic candidate for 4th District Congressman in the regular primary election. Pryor joined Richard Arnold and Dean Murphy of Texarkana and Charles Honey of Prescott in the field. All four men also have filed in a special primary which has been delayed by litigation.
