Calling for peace in Vietnam, Jeannette Rankin, left, who voted against World Wars I and II, headed a women's march in Washington coinciding with the opening of the second session of the 90th Congress. The 87-year-old Miss Rankin of Helena, Montana, was the fist women elected to Congress.
