Lord Moran, 82-year-old personal physician to Sir Winston Churchill, tells newsmen outside the ailing statesman's Hyde Park Gate, London, home today that the condition of Sir Winston "is not good." He reported a wavering pulse and a restless morning following a peaceful night. Churchill suffered a stroke three days ago.
