Clowning with car purchase bill, Senator Jules Mollere of Metairie tacks on yet another amendment to a measure which asked that legislators be allowed to purchase cars through the state at great discounts. Senator Claude Duval of Houma stands in the background awaiting his turn. After encrusting it with numerous amendments the Senate threw the bill out as unworkable.
