Democrat John P. Murtha, Jr., left, who won a narrow victory in this year's first congressional election, has coffee served to his wife Joyce in their Johnstown, Pennsylvania home Wednesday. Murtha defeated Republican Harry Fox in a special election to fill the seat of Republican Congressman John P. Saylor who died last October.
