Present for today's Senate reapportionment debate at the Capitol were three of the children of Mrs. Nelson A. Rockefeller by her first marriage to Dr. James Murphy. Accompanied by Governor Rockefeller's bodyguard, State Police Captain Edward Galvin, the children are: (l-r) Carol Murphy, Margaretta Murphy and James Murphy.
