1965 Press Photo Marina Oswald Porter and husband before Judge Richburg in Texas

Marina Oswald Porter and her husband, Kenneth, appeared before Judge W.E. Richburg today in Dallas, for a peace bond hearing. The couple settled their differences and the case was dismissed. Mrs. Oswald filed an affidavit yesterday asking for a peace bond claiming Porter had slapped her and frightened her with a gun. Porter was held in Dallas County Jail for several hours last night.
